To obtain an RA#, we will need to know your products' model number, serial number, month, year, and place of purchase Also we will need a brief description of what your product is or isn't doing. After acquiring an RA#, write it prominently on the side of the box along with the address below.

Return it to us postage paid. We promise to repair or replace it within 5 working days (not including shipping time) and ship it back postage paid in the same manner it was shipped to us.
